Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to love your Roxie Box! If an item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 5 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or defective item. We will be happy to review the issue and, when applicable, arrange for a replacement or provide store credit.
